Purpose: To warm up the body dancing and singing and acting.

First move: Moving Poses. Slow confident powerful empowering moving poses, Pose but move your poses slowly and expressive.
Look around, act it all out, over the top.

Second move: Dance-walk. When you dance-walk, make sure there’s lots and lots of arms involved, big arms, tell and express the lyrics she’s singing while you’re dance walking.
Big and open arms, open your chest, lift up your chin. And hey, don’t forget to sing along yourself! Explore the whole space. There’s also many times you want to point at yourself, and really mean it when you do that. I AM!

Third move: Claps. Get them to come together as a group clapping closer to each other.
Get them to come to the screen clapping at the screen looking at each other.
Still remind them to clap all around their body, even on their body.
