Coaching Notes:

Pre-Teach: No
Focus: Internal
Purpose: To practice balance and stability

First move: Slow motion walking. Start by doing an exaggerated slow motion walk, go as slow as you can. As you walk start to move
your whole body so your arms are engaged, your head, your shoulders. Let your slow motion walking become a dance.

Focused, flowy and really light. Almost a feeling of weightlessness as if you were walking on the moon. See what it feels like to
step to the side – slowly – so you balance before your foot touch the ground. You can keep your abdomen a bit engaged to
help with your balance. It’s also possible to walk backwards – have you tried that? Add your breath. How soft and light can you
move? Remind yourself that you cannot get it wrong on this dance floor – your way is the right way!

Second Move: Balance: Wherever you are freeze in your position. If both feet are on the floor pick one foot up.
Hold this position and maybe even see if you can lower it a bit to add strength to the legs. Stabilize. Don’t worry if you loose your
balance, that’s part of the dance. Just find your balance again. Connect with your breath as you balance and stabilize.

Transitions:
There are no transitions in the music. You as the facilitator will call out when you want them to pause and balance.
