First move: Double Bounce, Release – Really listen to the music, do a little bounce twice then drop it or release it. Just let it go. Dance, dance, drop!
Feel heavy, grounded, and a bit intense with it. See if you can accent the arms a bit on the drop as well! Like you are telling a little bit of a story.
Second move: 1-2-123 – As the music picks up, pick up the intensity but keep this grounded as well. You can add a little more power in the 123.
Keep the intense feeling with your arms expressing also. It will come in lighter at the end, just follow what the music is asking for.
Third move: BREAK – Hold OTS
