Coaching Notes:

Pre-Teach: no
Focus: external
Purpose: To warm up or cool down the body

First move: First move is 2 to the side. Try to lead with the hips and let the arms follow, gentle, like the ocean.
Let your hips sway naturally. As you pass people, just gently hula with them as you go past.

Second move: On the spot, take a hip circle with your elbows into your ribs and palms up.
Pretend you have a pretty hula skirt on. Go the other way. Try to keep your nipples pointing up.
Finish in a nice Hawaiian pose.

Transitions: (You can really change whenever but here is a guide)
0:00 2 to the side
0:40 Hip circles
1:13 2 to the side
1:46 Hip circles
