Purpose: Build cardio and connection
First move: Step and kick the butt. Get them into a cowgirl/cowboy style by asking them to relax their bodies and put their thumbs in the belt or pant pockets.
Remind them to bend their knees a lot and every time they kick behind reach for their butt!
Move this move around the room and invite lots of fun interactions with a little attitude on their face.
Second move: Shuffle (123) with a lasso. Invite them to travel around the space in different ways, creatively moving around each other.
Third move: Throw your lasso out to the person beside you, bring them in and swing your partner. Invite “Yehaw!” noises as well!
Change arms and change directions.

1:11 Throw lasso out to your partner, bring them in and swing your partner
