Purpose: To get the heart rate up, explore the space.
First move: Butt Kicker (hamstring curl). Start by bending your knees, get really relaxed and loose, possible put your thumbs in your pants and give me a loose country style.
Now try to kick your booty with your heel. Travel this all around the room. You can add a little hop if you want to make it a little more energetic.
Loose, easy and chilled out.
Second move: Shuffle 123-123. Now add a little 123-123 shuffle. Keep it relaxed and easy, but explore the space and all your directions.
Shuffle around each other. Use your arms how you want to help you, but don’t lose your style.
*You can follow the time codes, but this song also works if you change when you want. You can go back and forth between the butt kicker and shuffle when you want.
