Pre-Teach: Kick 1-2-3
Focus: external
Purpose: To get the heart rate up. Explore shapes and poses.

Pre-Teach: Try this with me. I want you to Kick then walk 1-2-3, kick 1-2-3. Try a few times together.

First move: Walk: Start with a jazzy, swinging walk. Small but peppy. Go all directions. Show me your jazzy style.

Second Move: Poses: Strike a peppy pose with confidence. Keep changing it with the music.
You can add a little dance in-between. Show me different levels.

Third Move: Kick 1-2-3, kick 1-2-3: When you kick see if you can add a little hop. Give it more energy.
Get your arms to accent the kicks. Use your whole body. Make it peppy and playful.
