Coaching Notes:

There are no specific times where you change the moves in this song.
You can play with any of the suggested activities, and change to a new one whenever you want to. Let the kids know we are now going to dance our housework. Start the music and get them to walk to the beat on the spot first to unite them. Have them stretch while their walking, warming up for the house work you are about to do. Then for instance tell them to plug in their vacuum cleaner and start vacuuming all the corners of the room. But inspire them to dance it! After a while you can ask them to switch off the vacuum and unplug it from the wall. Tell them the next thing on our list is window washing. Get your soap spray and spray it all over the window. Then get your towel and wash from top to bottom. Demonstrate how they can dance their arms as they clean. Make sure you get all the corners too! You can then move into cleaning the floors the old fashion way, on your knees using your hands! Or you can pretend to mop. If you have more time, dusting is an option too!
