Coaching Notes:

Pre-Teach: No
Focus: External
Purpose: To increase heart rate and create connections on the dancefloor

First move: country stomp/clap – relaxed, fun claps and stomps. OTS with lots of bounce in your head, shoulders and body. Really DANCE it!
Second move: walk – use lots of elbows here, swinging them, and traveling around everyone in the room.
Let your knees lift a bit and emphasis your heel walk like you have really cool cowboy boots on!

Third move: interaction – just act out the lyrics! Wave your finger like “awe NO, honey I’m good”. Dance your reaction OTS.

Fourth move: swing your partners – find the person closest to you and hook elbows to swing around them once, then move onto the next person and swing them once, keep moving until we go back to the walk.
