First move: OTS Circulation and flow. In the beginning stand OTS, relax your body and take a couple of deep soft breaths.
Listen to the music and begin to move in a flowing and circulating way. Allow the music to inspire your movements. Soft, gentle, meditative and relaxed.
Use your arms, your head and allow your whole body to gentle join in. Explore the space around you. Infuse your movements with your breath.

Second move: 1-2-Accent. you will first hear the accent come in. Connect to the accent first then add the 1-2-accent. Add some drama and expression.
