Moves: Double Punch / Reach and Throw / Arms Float / Single Punches
First move: Double Punch without a fist. Light in the hand, yet strike it! Start OTS, then dance it and travel it!
Second move: Reach and Throw – take them all around your body and your space. Start with one arm at a time.
Move into both arms reaching and throwing in all directions! Let this build, do not give them all the options right away, let it progress!
Third move: Arms float – involving the whole body, let it flow! Keep up for good muscle endurance for the shoulders.
Fourth move: Single Punches – more energy! Vary the number on each arm, get creative and again DANCE the whole body!
