It’s verse & chorus. Go back and forth between the Walk, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 Hey and down and up.
At about 1:40, you’ll hear a transition. Have them go to the floor and slowly start crawling around.
When the music kicks back up, you’ll start back with down and up.
