Get your arms to do wild and crazy things. Notice all the directions you can go.
Hold and sink into your legs. Mobilize your hips and get some range of motion.
This is your second round so you can really take it up if you want.
Second move: pump 3 jump 2. How low can you go.
Yes! Make those muscles work.
Third move: jump groove it down. How low? Use your legs.
This is recovery so breathe! Only go where it feels right.
