Purpose: To elevate the heart rate and create happiness
First move: Step kick. This kick can be done low, or high and bouncy for more cardio. As much energy as you want, you can!
Try putting a smile on your face and see what it feels like! Smile at each other too! Explore the space with this move.
Second move: Step clap. Take the claps in many different places. Step in different directions too. Where else can you clap it?
Third move: Double time clap – this happens twice in the song. The first time it is very long, but the point is to have them get creative and NOT STOP. It is challenging to hold that fast rhythm and tiring on the muscles but fun and good all around. The second time is half as long.
*The second half of the song it is not crucial where you put the claps and the kicks. It’s not the serious and it talks about clapping a long time so kicking in the way I have suggested works very well.
