Purpose: To elevate your heart rate

First Move: Snap. Start snapping to the music. Take these snaps all around your body, see if you can snap somewhere new every time. Make it swanky and dance it with lots of confidence.
You can even do little body claps. Fun and playful.
Listen to the style of the song and let it inspire how you dance it.
Now travel the room as you dance your snaps and body claps.
Can you dance sideways? Or maybe turn as you dance? Or what about dancing backwards?
Add your own style and personality and show me how YOU dance it in your unique way.
Remember, you can only get it right – your way is the right way.
Is there somewhere in the room you haven’t been yet?
Move into the open spaces on the dance floor so you creatively use the whole space.

Second Move: Kicks. Now kick-kick-kick-kick. Yeah and now add some crazy jazzy arms. Allow yourself to be playful and put some energy into it.
Remember your kicks can go anywhere, to the back, to the side. Where can you kick?
And dance your kicks!
Put some pep in your kicks.
How can you get your whole body dancing?
Can you turn it?
Swanky, jazzy and lots of confidence – you got this!
(Second round with the kicks, it’s a bit longer. If you need to, you can give your participants the option to change to a twist).

Third Move: Pose and point. After the kicks section, get your participants to pose and point at somebody, even invite them to sing it while they point “you can hang your lights on me”.
