Coaching Notes:

Pre-Teach: Yes Focus: External Purpose: Rhythm connection, dance, interaction

First move: Monkey arms or pony. Get your participants to first connect to monkey arms, they should be relaxed and a little wild. If they can get the 123 pony movement, ask them to add that and start traveling around the space.

Second move: Clap with rhythm. Before the clap, you’ll hear a freeze in the music, they can make a shape and/or point to someone and then follow the music and clap with the music.

Third move: Balance and float hands to the ground. Second time around get them to do it with a partner.

Fourth move: Shuffle, shuffle, shuffle clap (high 10). These are little shuffles. Three of them, then high 10 someone. Get them to high 10 someone different each time.
