Coaching Notes:

Pre-Teach: Yes Focus: External Purpose: Breathwork, imagination, cardio

First move: First you’ll want to build the story that you’ve all just rescued magical animal creatures that were stolen. So you pack them in your backpack but you realize the burglars are starting to chase you, so you run. You run as fast as you can. Being creative in the space running around changing directions maybe even jumping over obstacles.

Second move: Freeze, hide with a panting breath. Remind your students to breath heavy. You should hear their breath. They can even place one hand on their heart and other on their stomach and stick their tongue out.
