Pre-Teach: Yes Focus: External Purpose: To increase heart rate and practice marking the sharp beats

Pre-Teach the sharp accent and getting into bouncing with the accent. Briefly let them know the other move is a pump-pump-walk-6.

First move: soft floating arms. Add lots of breath with that.

Second move: sharp accent into bouncing body. When the beat starts to kick in, add a sharp accent on the sound you’ll hear in the music, start to bounce it, a bit of hip-hop street style with your arms, your whole body, but sharp accent on the sound. Put as much bounce into it as you want, listen to what the music makes you wanna do.

The music pauses.

Third move: pump-pump-walk-6, the walk 6. Pump with energy, the walk 6 can also be a light run, dancy and house style. You can jump-jump near somebody, briefly looking at the other person, or not and go into the light run or walk 6.

If you’re doing it with finger lights, really invite them to play with the lights, when they do the sharp accent and jump-jump.
