Purpose: To increase heart rate and have people singalong

This one is super cardio and super fun, most people will know this song and it’s really short!
But you have to listen to the song a couple of times beforehand to know when the wiggle and poses come in!
First move, poses, and wiggle those poses a bit. Listen to the music, it will tell you what to do.
Second move, jump and kick (or step and kick as an alternation).
You know your kicks can go anywhere. And not only kick with your legs, add some kicks into your arms as well.

Third move, twist, while you are twisting, there’s a piano playing in the music. If you like, invite them to play the piano while they twist.
If that distracts them too much from the twist, don’t worry about it, just let them twist.
Get them to be creative with the twist, stick your butt out, 2 legs twist at the same time, one leg up in the air.

Dance if for yourself a couple of times, it’s great fun!
There’s not really a transition setting for the twist and the jump and kick. You decide when you want to do what, just get the poses. Below is a suggestion.
