Purpose: Warm-up, Interactions, Dance, Fun
First move: Poses. Get your kids to start with a really awesome cool pose.
Ask them to keep moving through their poses and connect with others.
Second move: 1-2-3-tap-out. Invite your students to move around the room and tap somewhere different each time adding lots of style and personality.
Eventually you can change this move to: walk 2,3, high five to engage more interactions.
Third move: Groove it out on the spot. Invite lots of interactions with this move. They should groove with someone different each time.
Ask them to get their whole body dancing with lots of style and personality.
You can even ask them to say good morning to the person they are grooving with.
Fourth move: Boogie up and boogie down.
Ask them to come in closer and everyone do it together.
