**The moves can really be put anywhere in the song, so don’t stress about it. Just dance it and have fun! Coach for attitude, confidence, swag!
First move: Shapes and accents with the body to the music. Stong, confident!
Second move: Funky Walk – You can inspire the attitude of the walk by asking them to pretend to try getting everybody out of their seats, expressing it with their arms!
Third move: Slide and Dance-2 – encourage them to dance different body parts every time.
For example; Shake your backside, shimmy shoulders, dance your arms, pump your chest, bob your head.
To get some more interaction, have them slide closer to someone and Dance-Dance with them.
Fourth move: Double Down – On the Double-down, rally encourage them to move their arms as if they are telling a story with their hands.
Fifth move: Jump and Dance – For the Jump and Dance, suggest jumping to a new spot every time. They can even turn in their jump, 180 degrees or all the way 360 around themselves!
You can also suggest dancing with whoever they jump close to on the floor!
