First move: Confident Walk – travel the space with your chest open and head held high! Travel in all directions, pushing off walls and moving around each other.

**There is one slow dramatic walk part….use lots of arm expression during this part

Second move: Side to side power into fast feet – do this OTS, stay strong in your legs as it is fast. Relax on the fast feet and have fun with it! Then explode into a low run!!

Third move: Low Run – keep your knees bent and reach your steps out long and also reach out with your arms. Travel wherever you can, around each other, even get playful with each other! Use reaction time to switch directions often and be very creative in how to dance in these runs.
