Pre-Teach: No

Purpose: Warm up, Dance, Sound play

First move: Clap. Bring the kids in close and get them to clap with the music.
Encourage them to clap all around the space around their body.
Second move: Move your body. Just get the whole body moving.
Invite the whole body to just dance creative and weird.
Third move: Dip. Tell your students to show you a dip.
Repeat this move with the music.
Fourth move: Push it. Ask your students to show you how to push it.
They can be creative with this and push it differently and around their body.
Fifth move: Bounce. Ask them to bounce.
ou can invite big bounces and some interactions as well.
Sixth move: Pull it. Ask them to show you how to pull it!
