Coaching Notes:

Pre-Teach: No Focus: External Purpose: Warm up and get the party started and interact with each other.

First move: Get up and dance and go somewhere. Participants should interact with someone new each time. Ask them to try it differently, show lots of personality and be creative. Have fun!

Second move: Stand in a cool pose and show peace and love sign with their hands. Invite them to show it to each other. Ask them to be super cool!

Third move: Shake your arms and pump something. Really encourage them to dance this! Get their head and hair dancing while they engage the arms then ask them to pump something on the spot. Super fun and interactive!
