Coaching Notes:

Pre-Teach: Yes – Get low
Focus: External
Purpose: To build strength in the legs and lower body.

Pre-Teach: Get low – This is going to require some endurance in your legs. Quickly show them and have them do it with you to
explore moving their butt as they go low.
They can even touch the floor and do some twerking if they want.

First move: Snap – Snap to the music, but make it bouncy, add lots of style and attitude. Make cools shapes with your body as you
snap. Try all directions.
Travel while you snap. (it doesn’t matter what the feet are doing)

Second Move: Get Low – OTS take your legs wide and start to get low. Go as low as you can for you. But make your butt dance while
you do it.
You can even put your hands on the floor. Make it gritty.

Third Move: Fast feet – Stay low but start to do little runs OTS. This is your endurance so hang in there. Really encourage them to try
it and push themselves a little.
Challenge them. YOU CAN DO IT! DON’T STOP. It builds and gets faster and faster.

Fourth Move: Snake dance – Now the song feels like middle-eastern so do a really cool snake dance with your arms and your body.
Get your whole body involved. Use all your levels and direction. Lots of confidence and attitude.
