Pre-Teach: Yes (just the jump with high 10) Focus: External Purpose: Build cardio strength and connection

First move: Run. Get your students to put the beat in their feet and light jog around the space. Encourage them to creatively move around using directional changes.

Second move: Jump high 10 with a partner. Invite them to buddy up with someone jump low to high and give their partner a high 10 on the “Say Geronimo” part of the song. This will happen a few times. You can even get them to yell it too! Encourage low to high jumps to build cardio and strength.
Third move: Double hop with celebration arms. Encourage them work on balance and lean into their double hops.

Fourth move: Gather in a circle and pulse down and up.
