Purpose: get the heart up and lubricate the spine and hips
Pre-Teach: Maybe the pony (123-123) if your groovers have never done the pony or don’t know what it is.
First move: Poses. Strike a different pose each time. Make them fun. Do it your own way! Show your own unique style.
Second move: 60s walk or 123-123 (pony), your choice or leave it up to your participants what works best for them. No matter which you choose, add lots of arms. Make it playful, light and fun.
Even your head is dancing! Have you tried moving in a new direction? Where else can you go?

Third move: Twist. It’s fast and fun, get creative with your twists, you know how, encourage them to lift a leg, lots of arms and sing along if you know it.
