Coaching Notes:

Pre-Teach: No
Focus: External
Purpose: To warm up the body and connect to a sound in the music

First move: Snap. Connect your participant to the snap sound in the music. Invite them to snap everywhere around their body, using different levels.

Second move: Dance walk. This is really light with lots of flowy and flying arms. You’re flying to the moon, show that with your arms while you dance-walk in a light way through the room.
Get creative how flowy and playful you can be with your arms. Finish it up with a slow walk at the end with slow flowy arms.

If you hit the parts in the music where she sings, “Baby Kiss me” – Blow a kiss at somebody. And when she sings “I love you”, show a heart to somebody. No worries if that’s not working, great connector to bring in, but all good if not.

Transitions:
0:00 Snap
