Coaching Notes:

Pre-Teach: No Focus: External Purpose: Practice balancing and moving through space

First move: Start them of with introducing the idea of having wings. The first move is just walking moving through the space, flying your arms like wings. The rhythm is secondary. The most import is the creative functional aspect of moving their arms like wings. Invite them to make turns and fly both high and low. Suggesting their wings might be small or big!

Second move: Balance flap your wings. This is the chorus translated: “Fly, yes fly away! If you want to, you can join! Fly, yes fly away! Karsten and Petra will bring you along!”

Transitions: 0:00 Travel like you’re flying 0:34 Balance and flap your wings 0:50 Shake your tail feather 0:58 Travel like you’re flying 1:13 Balance and flap your wings 1:46 End the song with traveling flying!
