Purpose: To increase the heartrate and have people singing along
First move: Walk 1-2-3-flick hands and/or heal to bum.
Second move: OTS Hammer – stay OTS and do a hammer with both arms – almost like a backstroke.
Be a little wild with your hammer-arms. Put your whole body into it. Get your heart rate up
Third move: Groove Out your Hammer! Go crazy and dance it. Make the hammer even bigger and even more crazy.
The lyrics tells us to dance free, flip out and be carefree – so please do!
