Coaching Notes:

Pre-Teach: No
Focus: Internal
Purpose: To deepen the breath and lower heart rate

First move: Pick up a flower and smell it. Start them off with introducing the image of beautiful field or garden of flowers. Ask them to pick up a flower, smell it -really breathing it in, and then exhaling deeply, like a sigh! Relax as you exhale. Repeat a couple of times.

Second move: Waltz. You can choose to introduce this move as a 123-123, or a down-up-up down-up-up. (If participants struggle with the rhythm, simply give the alternative of a sway instead.)
Ask them to move around the space with the waltz. Suggest letting the arms float and move softly.
After a little while, ask them to stay on the spot, pick a flower, smell it and exhale. Then return to the waltz and invite them to stop and smell flowers whenever they want to.
At 2:40 the waltz rhythm fades and you ask them to stay on the spot to smell a flower, walk a few steps and repeat. Smell flowers until the end.
