Purpose: To work on footwork and balance on tip toes
This is a waltz so it’s down, up, up. Pre-teach the down, up, up and open.
First move: Down, up, up. Dow, up, up. Open chest. Use arms like you’re floating. Soft.
Second move: Balance. Place your weight on one foot. It doesn’t matter if it’s your right or left.
Lift the other leg and practice floating the arms. If you fall out, it’s fine. Just switch legs when you need to.
