Purpose: To develop balance, stability and flow

Pre-Teach: Slow-quick-quick 2xs/ hold balance, release. We are going to do a very slow yet controlled rhythm.
Start by going slow-quick-quick, then on the 3rd one stay and balance, hold the balance for a moment.
You will hear a sound in the music, then release, but release with control.
Then go right back into the slow-quick-quick. Make sure they do it with you 2-3xs.

First move: slow-quick-quick 2xs/ hold balance, release. Stay soft, gentle and relaxed. Slow-quick-quick, slow-quick-quick, then
balance and stabilize, then release slowly, right back into the slow-quick-quick.
You will need to say it several times to help them. Really focus on the slow release, take your time. Keep your abs strong to help you
balance.
Allow your arms and head to move with your body. Try to balance different every time. Explore all the directions. Stay soft and gentle
and keep your focus.

Second Move: OTS balance and flow. Now stay in one place and just explore different ways of balancing and picking up one leg.
But don’t let you movement stop, let it flow one right into the next. Move slowly and gently. Keep your abdominal strong to support
you.
Make it your dance. Dance one balance into the next. Infuse your movement with your breath. Take your time and try different ways
of balancing.
