*This is a pretty intense warm-up, but I like it when I do shorter classes so it gets them really warm, really fast.

First move: slow flow – start gently moving to the music, getting some nice dancy stretches in the whole body. Deep breathing, expressing and warm up the body.

Second move: dance walk – light on your feet, let your whole body just dance walk around your space connecting with others as you do it

Third move: light skip – keep this small and very dancy! “WHAT A FEELING”! Let that fun, feel good energy infuse your movements. You can travel big or keep it smaller.

Fourth move: step clap – this happens just once, it is powerful! Really encourage them to get into a big step clap with lots of energy!
