Purpose: To strengthen legs and get your funky groove on
First Move: 2 to the side (Down and Up). Change direction. Down and Up. That’s it. Bend those knees to really work those legs if you want. You choose how deep you want to go. Every time, change directions and go somewhere else. Keep it a little funky. No one can do it for you, so challenge yourself a little. Those arms are dancing too. Go to a different place each time you go Down and Up. Let’s see those arms doing something different each time. I want to see new things with your arms and your head. How low can you go? Work those legs, people, get down!
Second Move: Feeling Good Dance. Turn it a different direction. Can you show your neighbor how good you feel? Yes! Be as creative as you can. Dance your full body and let it feel good. Remember your way is the right way. Funky in your face. Let’s see it.
