Focus: Internal
Purpose: To arrive into class, connect with their breath and bodies before beginning to dance.
First Move: Lift Up – Melt. Start OTS soft and light lift your arms slowly up, melt and dance it softly down.
Do it again, really express softly through the arms as you lift, and in your own way gently dance them softly down.
Use your whole body and do it your way. (This move only happens 2xs)
Second Move: Flowy arm Dance – Walk -Walk. Dance and express your arms soft and light for 3-2-1, then Walk, Walk.
Flow and dance your arms different each time and go somewhere new. Can you use your whole body as you flow your arms?
Put your whole body into it. Give yourself permission to dance it your way. Show me how soft and expressive you can flow your arms.
Make it feel good in your body.
