Purpose: Break the ice and have ridiculous fun
Pre teach: both of the moves, because you want them to go right into it without you having to talk too much.
We want them to focus on the music and realize what it’s about. So invite them to do the run 7 and butt lift. Count out loud 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-lift.
Repeat a couple of times to make sure they all get it. Let them know that this combo happens 4 times and ten they will be on the spot and dance their butt.
Demonstrate how they can explore all kinds of moves: wiggling, squats, butt pumps, twists, knee lifts. Whatever they want! Then press play and let the ridiculousness begin!
First move: Run 7 + butt lift. Run 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-lift! Really lift that butt! Change directions!
Make your fart mark everywhere! As the song progresses, ask them to fart at someone else when they lift their butts.
Second move: OTS butt dance. Stay on the spot and dance your butt! Fart in every way possible!
Show it in your face! How good does it feel to let out that gas!
