This song starts OTS with a confident, rock star feel shoulder shimmy. (Not really a move.. just the intro of the song).
If you have new groovers you may want to pre-teach the shuffle (123-123)

First move: Confident walk. Just connect to the beat and walk. Do it with confidence, stay cool and relaxed. Not crazy dancing, just
confident walking. Allow yourself to feel powerful in your walk.
Explore the space in all directions, even touching walls. Lift your chest up and use your arms in whatever way feels great for you.

Second move: Slow walk with arms out/up and down/in. Slow it down, and as you walk open the arms up or out and then bring
them down or in towards the body as the song says “Fade into myself”. Soft, relaxed and easy.

Third Move: Shuffle. Just do a little 123-123 in your feet. Travel through the space and give it a little energy. Use your arms
however you want.
