Coaching Notes:

Pre-Teach: Yes
Focus: External
Purpose: Bizarre movement, theatrical
First move: Creepy crawl or mow movements on the ground. Get the kids into character like they are in a haunted house or somewhere bizarrely mysterious and creepy. They will creep around the space embodying a zombie like style / character.

Second move: Bizarre waltz. When the rhythm kicks in ask them to come up on their feet and start waltzing, down, up up while being creepy. You want them to exude this bizarre nature.

Third move: On the spot powerful poses. Get them to change these powerful poses with the accents in the music.
Transitions:
0:00 Creep around the space
0:48 Creepy waltz
1:40 Powerful poses
