Coaching Notes:

Pre-Teach: No Focus: Internal Purpose: To practice the ability to focus the attention inward. To relax, integrate and begin the restoration process by activating the parasympathetic nervous system.

Ask them to get into a comfortable position where their whole body can be completely relaxed on the ground. Relax and soften the feet, legs, shoulders, face, arms and hands. The whole body should feel relaxed. Breathing softly in and out, focus on the soft breath moving in and out. Try to be still and quiet for a few minutes.
