Coaching Notes:

Pre-Teach: Yes
Focus: External
Purpose: to be playful with each other expressing the music.

Pre-Teach: Song is short and sweet. Set them up with what you want to create. Matadors and bulls, in a very playful and fun way.
Briefly split the participants into 2 groups. 1 and 2. Let them know you’ll be saying Ones are the bulls, twos are the matadors.

First move: Castanet prancing. Start them up with a magnificent stand. Present yourself! Lots of attitude. When the castanets come in, get them to prance, with lots of serious, dramatic, proud arm movement. If you have scarfs available, here’s where you have them wrap the scarfs like a cape.

Second move: Matador walk. This is the playful fun and interactive part. Start everyone with just a proud matador walk. Scars now in their hands, creatively moving it while walking. After a bit of time, shout out Ones are the Matador, Twos are the bull. Play with each other, bulls walking underneath the scarf of a matador passing by.

Transitions:
0:00 Magnificent stand
0:08 prancing and castanets
0:24 Matador walk
0:42 Split the room – Matador – Bull
1:20 Magnificent stand
1:27 Change the groups – Matador – Bull
2:05 Magnificent stand big finally with a bow
