Coaching Notes:

Pre-Teach: No
Focus: External
Purpose: To warm up the body

First move: is a Slow-Quick-Quick. First connect them to the rhythm, then have them infuse it with style using the style words. Inspire creative movement, and invite them to interact with the walls and pillars.
Use groove truths to remind them of their power and to have them fully dancing. Invite facial expressions and coach for adding the arms on the slow step.
Listen to the song and as it builds in intensity, be aware to coach for this too – more passion, intensity and drama even.
Second move: is a pose. It comes several times throughout the song, and at the very end it’s several poses. Practice the song so you know the breaks and encourage them to try different poses throughout, playing with attitude and passion.
