This song is a great combination of a housy cardio track, and a soft nice cha-cha-cha.
The song is long and has four moves total. It works great with fingerlights, and besides the cha-cha-cha parts of the song, you decide when you want to change between the two cardio moves.

First move is a housy 1-2-123 adding arm movements to the ‘123’.

Second move is an ‘out and cross’ move you can do low impact as step-heel, or cardio similar to jumping jack.

Third move is a 1-2-chachacha, same rhythm as the first housy 1-2-123, but instead latin style and with lots of hips and shoulders.

Fourth move only happens at the end of the song where the sound slightly changes. The beat is the same, but you’ll unite them in a punching to the beat: club arms you can dance OTS or travel.

Observe you participants a lot in the song so you know when to change between the two TP. and keep them dancing creatively.
It’s a long song, so it does require a lot of facilitation.
