First move: Walk – Okay everyone just put the beat in your feet and walk walk walk walk. Step. Step. Relaxed and happy, lift your chest, let your arms swing. Put a little pep in your step. Can you explore directions, even backwards is possible. You can even walk around each other, everyone in the room dancing and walking together. Let your arms open up and move while you walk. This song is about being free like an eagle. Can you add your personality and style? Do it your way, your way is the right way.

Second move: Skip. Okay, now skip with the music, put some energy into it and let yourself fly like an eagle (if the skip is hard for people, they can also shuffle – you want them energetically moving around the room). You can open up your arms and fly. Feeling free in your body. Your way is the right way. Have you tried other directions? You can even turn with it. Be careful as you fly through the room and move around each other. Smile and see how that feels! Just for fun, what if you just felt free? Travel through the space and play with it. Arms. Have you gone sideways? Act like you are 4 years old and play. You can’t get it wrong, just fly through the room. Do it your way!

Third move: Slow Walk. Slow. Slow. A little recovery moment. Big breath. But still express your movement and feel free with it.
