Purpose: To connect to drum patterns and tune into your inner ghetto Christmas hip hop style!

First move: This starts with a march. Once you have got people successfully moving in between and around each other, you can add the drumsticks (you can use candy canes for fun if you want).
Get your knees up and hold your chest tall. Keep your arms strong as you play the drums. You can play on the beat to start. And then you can play with the beat.
Marching options: You can play on other people’s drums as you walk past them. You can change direction every 4 or 8 counts. You can hit strong drum beats on the beat or you can make up your own beat.

Second move: Next move is OTS, Single single double hands. Make it really funky, get your whole body involved, even your butt!
Take your hand all around you in lots of different directions. Have fun with it!

This song is verse chorus. The changes are very obvious. Whenever Justin is singing, it’ s the march whenever there is a rap, its single single double.

Transitions:
0:00 march
0:44 single single double
1:15 march with drumsticks
1:49 single single double
2:20 march with drumsticks
2:55 single single double
