First move: Club arms. Connect them to the beat by punching or pumping the arms in different directions. Explore all your directions and the space around you. Use your whole body. Can’t get it wrong, just go to the rave and punch it out. Do it your way.
It’s housy, ravy, intense and energetic. Coach for levels and punching somewhere new every single time.
Inspire people to interact. As the music builds, make it faster and faster.
Second move: Walk 4 / Club arms 4. Connect them to the walking for four counts, then have them go wild OTS with the club arms for 4 counts. Invite interactions. You can walk to someone new each time and rave arms with them. Use your levels and all the space around you. Use style words, groove truths and the energy of your voice to get them go crazy and DANCE it! Show me your intensity and creativity. Strong and powerful! Can you do it differently each time?
Third move: Slow motion movement. Play with a ’matrix’ like feel, using levels and slow, intense movements led by the arms.
As the beat picks up, connect them back into the club-arms that get faster and faster. But keep punching in all the space around you. Follow the music.
