First move: Walk 8 go down/up 8 – With the intro of the song, explain that they will be walking 8 and then going down cool and up, using their body with rolling and yummy sensual movements. I wanna see you walk with confidence and a cool attitude, Shoulders back, chest out, chin up. When the beat kicks in, walk 8, then go down and up for 8, Explore how deep you can go down, but dance it down and up. Walk somewhere new. Put your style and personality into it. Show me how cool you are. Do it your way.

Second move: Walk and point – Now strut but point to someone – “I like the way you move”, point to someone new “I like the way you groove” checking each other out with confidence. Explore your directions. Put your style and confident attitude in it.

Third move: OTS body rolls – Stay on the spot and explore going up and down rolling through your spine. Make it feel really good. Roll and wave through different parts of your body. But show me your confidence. Take your time with it. Dance it your way! The second time you do this, its at the end of the song, so encourage them to follow the music to the end, making it softer and smaller as the song ends.
