Purpose: cool down while still having a little leg strength focus if you want it to
First move: step, step, soft pose – take two gentle steps and hesitate in a soft pose. Nothing big here, but use eyes, focus, arms and whole body in the expression.
This is internal.
Second move: dance it down and up – really let the music move you here! Softly dance it down and back up twice each break!
Explore new ways to go down each time and encourage playing with their range of motion, this is slow enough to be safe for them to do it.
Third move: double dance – bring in the confident energy, turn it a bit external and have fun dancing this. Again, let the music move you.
There is one time it’s a bit more pronounced so really get into it!
