Pre-Teach: No
Focus: External
Purpose: To warm up or cool down the body.

This song works really well if you follow the verse-chorus structure. This structure is only changed slightly at the very end of the song because the chorus is longer.

First move: Twist. Bend your knees slightly, feet apart and start twisting. It’s light, relaxed and chilled out. Let your hips move side to side and start to integrate your arms, your shoulders and your head. Show me how you can dance a feel-good-twist in your own way. Really relax into it and figure out how to make it feel good. You can lift one leg as you twist. You can put a big smile on your face. And any time you feel like it – sing a long!
Can you explore your levels as you twist?
How can you make your whole body dance right now? No one can do it like you – show me how YOU do it.

Second move: Walk. Start to walk: 1-2-1-2. Relaxed, light and carefree. Let you arms swing like you don’t have a care in the world. What happens if you smile right now? How does that feel? You can walk in any direction – you choose, this is your dance floor! Sideways, turning, backwards – travel the whole room as you dance your joyful walk.
Have you tried to sing along yet? It doesn’t have to sound pretty – sing because it feels so good! No one cares what you sound like – let your voice dance along!

Transitions:
0:00 Twist
0:29 Walk
0:56 Twist
1:24 Walk
1:51 Twist
2:19 Walk
2:47 Twist
3:15 Walk
3:42 Twist
You can transition into the walk after a while if you want since this chorus is longer than the others.

Pre-Enseñar: No
Enfoque: Externo
