Coaching Notes:

Purpose: Recover, connection

First move: Happy walk around. Ask your students to put smiles on their faces and casually walk around the room connecting with one another with a smile.
You can also facilitate some high fives and dance walks together if that works for your group. Feel free to encourage them to whistle or sing too!

Second move: Twist on the spot. Invite lots of interactions and encourage them to dance with their whole body. Arms, head and legs should all be dancing.
They should also dance with each other.
